What happens if we need to move premises?

What industries do you specialise in?

Our industry-specific solutions are designed to address the unique challenges and requirements of each sector, with fully customisable packages built to suit your needs.

What makes you special from others?

We are proud to be a certified partner in the Faster Britain initiative, part of the UK Government’s ‘Project Gigabit’ with a £5bn investment to bring ultra-fast fibre internet to businesses across Britain. This initiative provides full fibre ultrafast connectivity, supporting cloud-enabled and future-proof technologies, particularly for SMEs.

What kind of support can I expect after implementation?

Sure Business Systems provides ongoing support and maintenance services to ensure your systems run smoothly. Our support team is available to assist with any issues, updates, or enhancements you may need post-installation.

Will the PTSN Switch-Off affect me?

The PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) Switch-Off, scheduled for 2027, will affect any business or individual using traditional landlines for phone services, fax machines, or other devices that rely on the PSTN network. After the switch-off, these services will need to migrate to digital solutions such as VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). Contact us sooner rather than later to keep your connectivity if you’re using PSTN services.

What is a multi-network SIM?

A multi-network SIM is a SIM card that can connect to multiple mobile networks instead of being restricted to a single carrier. This ensures better coverage and reliability, as the SIM can automatically switch to the strongest available network, making it ideal for use in remote areas or locations where one network may have weak signal strength.

Is hosted telephony expensive to install?

Hosted telephony is generally not expensive to install compared to traditional phone systems. Since it operates over the internet and is managed in the cloud, there is no need for costly on-site hardware. The primary costs involve setting up internet connections and purchasing compatible phones, but these are typically lower than the installation costs for traditional systems. Additionally, hosted telephony usually operates on a subscription model, spreading costs over time rather than requiring a large upfront investment.

What is hosted telephony?

Hosted telephony is a phone system that works over the internet instead of traditional phone lines. It’s managed in the cloud by a provider, so you don’t need to buy or maintain any hardware on-site. This system is flexible, cost-effective, and can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection.

What if I’m already in contract with another provider?

If you want to switch to Sure Business from a provider that you’re in contract with, you may have to pay a cancellation fee to that provider before you do. Alternatively, we’re happy to hold your quote for up to 12 months* while you wait for your current contract to end.

Will there be any interruption to my service?

We strive to ensure there is no interruption to your service. However, if service disruptions are necessary, we will work closely with you to schedule them during low-impact times to minimise any inconvenience. Our team will handle the transition with care, keeping you informed every step of the way to ensure a smooth experience.
